PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
Denver, CO

KEY STRENGTHS:
Grace Tipton is a hard working and driven individual who prides herself in her organization skills and her creative abilities. Grace is passionate about helping others as shown by her previous work as a Certified Nursing Assistant, and is now eager to launch her career in business by further developing her abilities with video production and event planning at Tipton.
EDUCATION: After beginning to study both nursing and music in college, Grace has decided on pursuing a degree in business entrepreneurship and is currently halfway to obtaining her diploma. Through her recent schooling, Grace has rediscovered her love for learning and begun to master going above and beyond what is required and expected of her.
SPEAKING: While working toward her degree, Grace has completed two public speaking courses, in which she learned the key points in speech development, how to effectively reach an audience, and the importance if listening to others.
PERSONAL: Grace was originally born in San Antonio, Texas, but was adopted at birth and has since been living in Colorado for all 22 years of her life. She has two older brothers, one of which is also adopted, one older sister, and two very supportive and loving parents. Grace is the proud mother of two beautiful little girls, Naomi and Amaya, and spends any free time she has chasing after them. Anyone who knows Grace will tell you that whether she’s singing, dancing, listening to it, or all of the above, music follows her wherever she goes.
BELIEFS: “I believe that hard work is so important. Things that are worth anything in life don’t come easily, but I believe anything is obtainable for anyone with hard work and consistency. I also believe in always doing the right thing, even if it’s the hard thing to do. This is something that has really been instilled in me by my parents from a young age.”
HOPE FOR THE FUTURE: “I hope for a world where our children are taught to love and help each other no matter what. I envision a future where people implement their good humanity on a daily basis to support and protect each other because life can be hard for everyone at times, but it doesn’t have to be hard on anyone if we all help, love, and support each other.”
A favorite quote: “You can’t make footprints in the sands of time if you’re sitting on your butt. And who wants to make butt prints in the sands of time?” –Bob Moawad
